Question I requested additional information in the "Additional Comments" field. Why was it not included?
Answer Only the information which is said to be in our report will be provided. Please read the description of the specific search you ordered to get a detailed list of all included data. Nothing more than what we offer is included in the report.

Question What do the dates next to the subject addresses mean?
Answer These are dates the addresses were officially reported as being valid. The most recent address is generally the current address.

In other words, the subject reported these addresses as valid to one of his/her creditors (be it a credit card company, phone bill, magazine subscription, etc.) and was receiving mail there during these stated dates. It is possible some dates will overlap due to a move.

Question Why doesn't the report contain a current phone number?
Answer Our searches only provide listed phone numbers, as stated in the search descriptions on the website. If the phone number is not there, it generally means that either:

1) the subject does not have phone service
2) the subject does not have phone service in their name
3) the subject has phone service but it is unlisted.

Question The report provided an address which is the same as the one I provided. What is going on?
Answer This generally means that the national credit files and public record sources contain no newer or further information on this subject, based on the input provided. In other words, the most current address may still be valid, or the subject has not surfaced in the stream of commerce anywhere in the US since, or we would have picked up on their activities.

Also, there are standard reasons why a subject may not be traceable: If they've left the country, are homeless, fugitives, incarcerated, minors, not US citizens or have changed their identity through witness relocation program or marriage, or the input is invalid. These situations are beyond our control.

We have a very good track record of findings and some of the largest corporations and banks in America trust us to find their skips.

Question Why doesn't the report contain a complete social security number or date of birth?
Answer No complete SSN or DOB information can be provided. It is against industry regulations and therefore legally impossible for us to do so.

Question I'm looking for a female whose name might have changed and I only have her maiden name, can you still run a locator search?
Answer The best way to search is by First name DOB in this case, or by Social Security Number. Or, you can try searching for a male relative of hers who might know where she is. Otherwise, the maiden is not useful, unless she is currently using it. If you'd like to attempt the search anyway, just click on the "Order" button at the top of this window.

Question Can you search abroad/internationally?
Answer We can only search in the United States.

Question What if the person is not a US citizen?
Answer We can only search US records. If the foreign person lives in the US or has a record in the US, we may find information on them, depending on how long they've been in the US, how many records the person has, etc., etc. But there is no sure way of telling without actually running the search.

Question Do any of your reports contain Employment information?
Answer No.

Question Do any of your report contain credit information?
Answer No.

Question Do you guaranty results?
Answer We stand 100% behind our results and our guaranty is as follows: We guaranty no other service will find data we have not found provided the same input for a similar search and fee within the next 30 days, or your money back. Outside of the above, the fee is for our research work and not based upon results.

Question If I don't have the necessary search requirements, can I still order a search?
Answer You need to have the required input for each search in order to perform the search.

Question I put additional information to be used in the search on the order form notes section. Why was it not used in the search?
Answer The additional comments provided are sometimes useful to narrow down your search to the right person. But, as explained in our FAQs, we cannot guaranty it to be helpful, as some customers provide useful data, while others provide things such as food preference, shoe size, or other.

The point is that our sources only use pre-defined search criteria to catalog information on your subject. Only the required search criteria, as outlined in each search description, are 100% useable. Other information provided is generally not productive or effective input. But we allow you to submit these additional comments for the rare occasion where it might actually make a difference. However, our experience shows less than 0.1% of this additional information can actually be used to supplement the required input.
