Our Guaranty:

Fact #1:
We guarantee no other service will provide more pertinent/relevant information in the context of a same search, for the same or lesser fee, given the same input, within 30 days following your request, or your money back!

Fact #2:
If you ever provide us with input which produces more than one possible match (ie if we only have a name, or very little input from you) in the context of a Locator search or a Background report, as a courtesy, we will give you the option to obtain a FREE follow up search, by letting you identify the one (only one) subject from the list of possible matches we provide you that you believe to be your subject, and allow you to request, for this one match, the full detailed report you ordered at no additional charge. This follow up search must be requested within 1 week of the report sent date.

Fact #3:
We will never come back to you empty handed. Your report will never just say: "oh, we coudn't find anything".

Of course there are cases in which a person may not be traceable: if they've left the country, are homeless, fugitives, incarcerated, minors, in sensitive government positions, not US citizens or have changed their identity through witness relocation program or marriage, or if the input you gave us is invalid. But if we can't find them, rest assured no other such service can (see Fact #2 above).

Note that in the case of searches such as property, bankruptcies, and other non-locator searches, "No Matching Records Found" does not mean we didn't search or that we didn't find anything. On the contrary, it is a complete report telling you there are no filings for this person, based on the input you gave us to search with.

If you ever feel we did not abide by this Guaranty and the Terms & Conditions of Use of our service, and feel the need to challenge on Fact #1 above, please send us within 30 days of your purchase:

- a copy of the results from other company
- an explanation of which relevant/pertinent information advanced your search beyond what we provided
- a copy of the receipt from this company
- the contact information of this company
